The chemical structure of the Oxo-degradable and fully bio-degradable packing film and bags will change significantly under certain specific environmental conditions (heat or light) the changes include integrity, molecular weight, structure, mechanical properties, during which long molecules break into small molecules and fully bio-degraded. It will be degraded after 12-36 months in the condition with Oxygen, light, heat and pressure. Before the occurrence of the biodegradability, they can be recycled.
