Features of Materials (PVOH film)
A.ECO-friendly
PVOH film is 'Green' packaging materials. It is verified by microorganism tests that PVOH is non-toxic and doesn't restrain from the growth of microorganism and can be biodegraded completely.
B.Water solubility
Once PVOH dissolves in water, specific microorganism will cause it to degrade. When being treated with activated sludge, PVOH solution will be decomposed into water and carbon dioxide.
C.Resistance to oil and organic solvents
PVOH film resists animal oils, vegetable oils, mineral oils, fats, organic solvents and hydrocarbons to penetrate and is excellent packaging for organic solvents and oily products.
D.Physical Characteristic

  • Testing condition: Type C film was kept in oven at 60~65℃ for 3 hours, and then returned to room condition.

Heat Resistance
  • Temperature up to 130℃ The film becomes soft

  • Temperature up to 180℃ The film becomes molten
